A Passion to Serve
Zelie Consulting was born from a desire to help nonprofits take control of their vision and achieve meaningful growth. As a mom balancing family life and professional ambitions, our founder recognized the challenges organizations face when resources are tight and guidance is limited. Combining personal experience with professional expertise, Zelie Consulting provides practical guidance and support to organizations who are ready to thrive.

About Our Founder
Bianca De León is a leader and strategist with more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. She has worked with grassroots organizations, regional nonprofits, funders, and multi-stakeholder coalitions to strengthen programs, build organizational capacity, and support sustainable growth. Through her roles in grantmaking, program design, fundraising, and executive leadership, she brings a practical approach to helping organizations operate more effectively. As Founder and Principal of Zelie Consulting, Bianca works with boards and leadership teams to strengthen governance, clarify strategy, and manage organizational change.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Edward’s University, a Master’s in International Education from the School for International Training, a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, and a Change Management Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves on the boards of the Kelly Center for Hunger Relief, Centro San Vicente, a federally qualified health center, and the Museum and Cultural Affairs Advisory Board for the City of El Paso.
